Shipping within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is SAR 25 per order.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment at no charge.
Once the order has been confirmed and the shipping process has started, cancellation is not possible without the customer bearing the shipping and cancellation costs incurred. The same applies if the customer refuses to receive the shipment.

Exchanges & Returns
Exchange or return requests may be submitted within one day of receiving the order, provided the product is in its original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and accessories attached, and shows no signs of use.
The exchange or return fee is SAR 25 and is borne by the customer.
If the item arrives damaged or does not match the order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. After verification, Nesāa – نِسَاءُ will cover the shipping costs.

Refunds
After the returned product is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions, the return will be approved.
The refundable amount will be returned to the same payment method used for the order within up to 14 days from the date the return is approved.
The original shipment cost + the return shipment cost will be deducted from the amount due to the customer. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
All exchange and return requests are subject to the terms stated above.
