Refunds

After the returned product is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions, the return will be approved.

The refundable amount will be returned to the same payment method used for the order within up to 14 days from the date the return is approved. The cost of the original shipment plus the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the amount due to the customer. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
